Berkeley Hall is a private coeducational school for students in Preschool through 8th Grade in Los Angeles. Our scope of work included modernization of an existing 12,800sf Early Childhood Development Building with services that included a field survey of existing conditions and preparation of existing conditions drawings, scope verification and verification of a design program. Preliminary design options were prepared evaluating a range of opportunities and solutions, with a cost estimate prepared for future budgeting and long term planning.
