Tenant Improvement project involving the upgrade of (8) restrooms in the core of a four-story administrative and classroom building in Fountain Valley. Interior work included demolishing and reconfiguring (8) vertically stacking restrooms in order to modernized and comply with all building code requirements. The project involved the design of three interiors alternatives which were to integrate into a future complete building cosmetic interiors upgrade. The scope of work included DSA processing and project closeout.

Exterior work involved accessibility improvements in the parking area and pedestrian path of travel to comply with current building code requirements.
